Every time you send your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through our Yahoo! Shop, Yahoo! is using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Your credit card number is also encrypted when that information is transferred to our Fulfillment Headquarters.

Once all the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart, click place order. You will be directed to supply shipping and billing information, and will receive a confirmation that your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once our Fulfillment Department receives the order. We typically ship in stock items within 48 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday.

Although we make every effort to stay in stock in all the items we show on our web site, there may be times when we are out of stock on a requested item. We will send out an e-mail notification of the stock outage, and you will have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting until the item is available.

Ordering by Mail with Checks or Money Orders:
We can also accept checks and money orders for online items. All instruments of currency must be in US dollars payable from a US bank.

Live Investment Seminars:
The registration fee is the total fee. There are no sales taxes or other applicable fees. Registration fees are refundable prior to 3 weeks of the scheduled event date.

How to Return:
AIFE gladly accepts returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Return by Mail: Address your prepaid, insured package to:

Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, order number and reason for return or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be credited or complete. You will be credited for the returned merchandise only, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
